Paige loves grassroots fundraising and is thrilled to help strengthen community support for the Transgender Law Center’s inspiring work. If you, too, want to fall in love with fundraising, please contact her at paige(at)transgenderlawcenter.org to get involved. Prior to joining the Transgender Law Center, Paige had done fundraising for San Francisco Women Against Rape, the Boston Alliance of GLBT Youth (BAGLY), The Network/La Red (an LGBT domestic violence organization), and the Massachusetts Transgender Political Coalition.

A queer butch woman and proud New Englander, Paige has been involved in queer activism since 1999 and in trans activism since 2001. She has worked on a variety of issues, including: improving trans people’s access to quality health care and social services, educating LGBT communities about intimate partner violence, advising state-wide LGBT youth suicide and violence prevention initiatives, and supporting the addition of “gender identity and expression” to Massachusetts’ non-discrimination laws. When not at the Transgender Law Center, Paige spends her time adoring her dog and cat, appreciating Bay Area people (and weather), and supporting local organizations that do anti-violence, racial justice, and economic justice work.
