On August 21, 2005, TLC Board and Staff gathered with about 150 of our closest friends to celebrate three years of transforming California into a state where everyone can fully and freely express our gender identities. Thanks to our hosts, the Bambuddha Lounge, everyone had a great time eating, drinking, and getting their social on.
We were incredibly fortunate that TLC friend and client, Veronica Klaus, was able to show up with two friends to entertain the crowd with her award winning vocals. Her performance was followed by an awards ceremony that recognized 15 of our brightest leaders and allies:
