Transform Tech builds on the legacy of Transgender Law Center’s experience and wealth of knowledge with our corporate partners through policy development, implementation, and trainings. We will continue to deepen and form meaningful, reciprocal relationships with tech and business partners to better address the inclusion of transgender and gender nonconforming (TGNC) people in its companies, as potential employees, and as clients.
This work continues Transgender Law Center’s commitment to public education and the visible support of our corporate partners towards justice and equality. Transform Tech will continue to develop, in concert with our partners, best practices and model policies to work towards meaningful diversity and inclusion.

Transform Tech 2017 Summit
On April 13, 2017, Transgender Law Center, along with Lesbians Who Tech and host Salesforce, presented a summit specific to transgender and gender nonconforming (TGNC) people in partnership with the technology and business sectors to discuss challenges, explore possibilities, and share best practices. TRANSform Tech invited TGNC people who are currently working in these fields, those who are interested, as well as companies and businesses who want to grow more in this area. The summit included TGNC people, advocates, and experts in a multi-format, daylong event. With over 200 attendees, the inaugural summit was an overwhelming success. We are hard at work planning the next summit for 2018.
